2. Scope of Application
ShipLang's core framework is free and open source. The refund policy primarily applies to paid subscription services and premium features.
Important Note:The open-source framework itself is completely free; the refund policy only applies to paid subscription services, translation credit packages, and unlocking of advanced features (such as removing the brand logo).
3. Refund eligibility and spending restrictions
Eligible for refund
You can apply for a refund in the following situations:
- First purchase within 7 days and translation credit usage less than 1%It can be withdrawn if resources are not actually used on a large scale.
- System failure:The translation function has been unavailable for 24 hours due to a ShipLang backend API failure.
- Duplicate charges:Multiple deductions due to a payment gateway error.
Not eligible for refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Subscriptions exceeding the 7-day refund period
- Translation credit has been significantly depleted: Even within 7 days, if the number of translations exceeds 5% of the package credit, no refund will be given due to backend costs already incurred.
- Due to user-related reasons (such as misunderstanding of the function or changes in personal preferences).
- Account termination due to violation of the terms of service
- Services purchased during promotional or special offers (unless otherwise stated)
- External link violation downgrade: If a user deletes or hides an external link pointing to langany.com without authorization, resulting in the account being downgraded from the "Ecosystem Version", no refund will be provided in such cases.
4. Refund Schedule
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:First-time subscribers to paid services are entitled to a 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
Refund periods for different service types
- Monthly subscription:A full refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Annual subscription:You can apply for a full refund within 7 days of purchase; after 7 days, you will receive a proportional refund (months already used are non-refundable).
- One-time purchase:A refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase if the item has not been used.
5. Refund Amount
Full refund
You can get a full refund if you meet the following conditions:
- Apply within 7 days and do not use any paid features
- Duplicate charges or system error
- A serious technical glitch caused the service to be completely unavailable.
Partial refund
Partial refunds may be available in the following situations:
- Annual subscriptions exceeding 7 days but less than 30 days will be refunded proportionally based on the remaining months.
- Refund of price difference when service is downgraded
- Service interruptions caused by our reasons (in proportion to the duration of the interruption)
Notice:The refund amount does not include payment processing fees. The actual refund amount may deduct the third-party payment platform's handling fees.
6. Refund Process
How to apply for a refund

7. Refund processing time
Refund processing time depends on your payment method:
- Credit Card/Debit Card:5-10 business days
- PayPal:3-5 business days
- Other payment methods:7-15 business days
The actual arrival time of funds may be delayed depending on the bank's processing speed.
8. Subscription Cancellation
How to unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe at any time:
- Log in to your developer backend
- Go to "Account Settings" or "Subscription Management"
- Click the "Unsubscribe" button
- Confirm Cancel Operation
Access permissions after cancellation
After unsubscribing:
- You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No new fees will be incurred.
- The open-source framework remains functional.
- Paid features will cease at the end of the period.

9. Special Circumstances
Service interruption compensation
If the service is interrupted for an extended period due to our fault:
- Interruption exceeding 24 hours: Extend subscription period by the corresponding number of days.
- Interruption exceeding 72 hours: You can choose to extend your subscription or receive a partial refund.
- Critical malfunction: Full refund option
Misoperation protection
If you are not careful:
- Repeat purchase of the same service - automatic refund
- Purchased the wrong subscription level - can be changed within 24 hours
- Unexpected escalation - Contact us immediately for assistance
